Job Summary:

BEL Shower Door is seeking a skilled Residential Glazier, or a motivated candidate with a strong construction background eager to learn the trade to join our field team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom shower enclosures; Framed, Semi-Frameless and heavy 3/8" glass bath enclosures, as well as vanity mirrors, primarily in new home construction environments. Key Responsibilities:

Field Installations:

Transport materials and safely install custom shower doors, glass enclosures, and mirrors according to project specifications in new residential developments.

Tools & Operations:

Precision use hand and power tools (you must have you own tools), including drills, levels, tape measures, and grinders, and some smaller misc. hand tools, ensuring accurate placement and clean silicone/caulking seals.

Vehicle & Jobsite Mobility:

Safely operate company vehicles to travel from our main shop to various local jobsites throughout the workday.

Physical Execution:

Handle, lift, and maneuver heavy, fragile glass panels safely both independently and with a partner.

Quality & Customer Service:

Maintain high standards of craft precision, attention to detail, and professional communication on job sites.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Construction Experience:

Background in carpentry, tile, glazing, or general trade construction is preferred. Willingness to learn is required.

Tool Skills:

Proficiency reading a tape measure to exact fractions, leveling, tile drilling, and applying clean silicone sealant lines.

Personal Tools:

Must own a core set of basic personal hand tools (specialty trade equipment provided).

Physical Capability:

Ability to consistently lift and move 75+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.

Work Ethic:

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and precision craftsmanship.
