We work closely with homeowners, architects, builders, and interior designers to install custom frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, office partitions, storefront systems, and specialty architectural glass. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented installer who takes pride in producing exceptional work and delivering a professional experience for every client. Responsibilities Install frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, glass partitions, railings, storefront systems, and other architectural glass products. Safely transport, handle, and install heavy glass materials. Read shop drawings, field measurements, and installation details. Ensure every installation is completed with precision, paying close attention to alignment, fit, finish, and overall craftsmanship. Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles. Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and designers on site. Follow company safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team. Qualifications include:

Previous experience installing frameless shower enclosures or architectural glass preferred. Experience in glazing, finish carpentry, construction, or a related skilled trade is also welcome. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently represent Harbor Glassworks in a professional manner. Self-motivated with the ability to manage installations independently and complete projects with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to field conditions while maintaining a high standard of quality. Comfortable using common hand and power tools. Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy glass with a partner. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
