Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install window tint films on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring a perfect fit and finish. Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to facilitate smooth installation. Use manual glass cutting tools and power tools safely to trim and fit tint films accurately. Handle automotive glass materials with care, including auto glass replacement, repair, and fitting new glass components. Operate company vehicles to transport tools and equipment between job sites efficiently. Maintain high standards of safety during power tool use, glass handling, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Provide excellent customer service by explaining tint options, installation processes, and aftercare instructions. Skills Proven dealership or automotive shop experience with window tinting or auto glass installation preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive glass repair, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance. Skilled in manual glass cutting, fitting glass installation, and handling various glass materials safely. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) considerations during window tinting or glass replacement. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software confidently. Knowledge of auto body repair techniques and automotive repair fundamentals. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities. Physical strength for heavy lifting and detailed assembly work in a fast-paced environment.
