Full-Time | Field-Based Position Overview JL Closets is looking for an Installation Assistant to support our installation team throughout South Florida. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is interested in building a long-term career installing custom closets and storage systems. You'll work alongside experienced installers while developing the skills needed to advance into an Installation Technician position. What You'll Do Assist experienced installers with residential installation projects Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Help prepare job sites for efficient installations Drive company vehicles to and from customer locations when required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support quality workmanship and a positive customer experience Learn installation techniques and company procedures through hands-on training Qualifications Valid driver's license Legally authorized to work in the United States Dependable with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Able to perform physical work, including lifting materials and tools Preferred Qualifications Experience in cabinetry, carpentry, woodworking, construction, or related trades Spanish language skills Career Growth Successful team members have the opportunity to advance into an Installation Technician role, with earning potential of $1,200-$2,000 per week based on productivity and performance.
