We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced Shower Door & Mirror Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, works well independently, and delivers a flawless finished product. Responsibilities Install framed, semi-frameless, and frameless shower enclosures with precision and attention to detail. Measure, cut, and fit mirrors of various sizes and shapes to exact specifications. Safely handle, transport, and install glass and mirror products. Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation. Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean, working condition. Provide professional and courteous interaction with customers on-site. Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure proper function and fit. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience installing shower doors and mirrors. Strong knowledge of glass handling, measuring, and installation techniques. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment. Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry heavy glass/mirror panels (up to 75 lbs).
