The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating cutting tools, lifting glass, measuring, cleaning and ensuring precision in the production process. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all cutting operations. Responsibilities Operate various cutting tools and machines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and coordinate measuring machines, to verify dimensions and tolerances of materials. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine cutting requirements. Ensure accuracy in the manufacturing process. Perform routine maintenance on cutting equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality control. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety regulations. Skills Proficiency in using calipers, tape measures, and hand tools for precise cutting operations. Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings effectively. Knowledge of machining processes and techniques to enhance production quality. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
