The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle customization, auto glass, and mechanical repair, with the ability to deliver high-quality tinting services. Duties Install window tinting on various vehicle models, ensuring precise application and clean finishes Perform auto glass installation and repairs, including glass replacement and sealing Conduct vehicle detailing and surface preparation prior to tinting or glass work Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for assembly and installation tasks Assist with vehicle maintenance, including minor repairs and mechanical adjustments as needed Apply auto body repair techniques when necessary to ensure vehicle aesthetics are maintained Use auto estimating skills to assess work scope and ensure proper documentation of services performed Handle heavy lifting of vehicle parts or materials safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times Experience Prior dealership experience is highly desirable, especially in automotive customization or repair shops Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) integration or calibration is a plus Proven skills in window tinting, auto glass installation, and automotive detailing Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, and glass installation Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes used in automotive services Background in auto estimating or automotive repair enhances ability to assess job requirements accurately Experience working with heavy lifting equipment or performing mechanic tasks is beneficial Strong understanding of vehicle systems and the ability to perform precise installations with attention to detail This position is ideal for candidates passionate about automotive customization, repair, and enhancement.
