Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Tint Installer and bring your expertise in automotive customization and glass installation to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tinting films to enhance vehicle aesthetics, privacy, and UV protection. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will ensure flawless installations that meet our high standards. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and are eager to develop their craft in automotive glass and tinting. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to ensure precise tint application. Measure, cut, and fit window tinting films using manual glass cutting tools and power tools, ensuring accurate sizing for each vehicle. Apply window tint films smoothly and evenly, avoiding bubbles, creases, or imperfections. Handle automotive glass materials with care during installation or replacement processes, including auto glass repair and auto glass replacement tasks. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and equipment between job sites. Perform vehicle maintenance checks to ensure optimal functioning of tools and company vehicles. Assist with auto body repair tasks when needed, including fitting glass installation and detailing work. Follow safety protocols related to power tool usage and glass handling to prevent injuries. Provide excellent customer service by explaining the tinting process, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety standards such as power tool safety guidelines. Experience Prior dealership experience or hands-on work in automotive customization is highly preferred. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) considerations during glass installation is a plus. Experience with manual glass cutting, auto glass installation, or automotive glass repair enhances your suitability for this role. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, auto estimating, or automotive repair is advantageous. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in glass fitting and tinting applications. Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques necessary for handling large or heavy glass panels safely. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about services provided. Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to safety regulations.
