Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in glass/window installation . Experience with commercial/building glass, yachts, and/or cruise ships . Strong knowledge of glass installation, removal, replacement, and handling techniques. Excellent experience with silicone, sealants, gaskets, and glazing materials . Ability to perform clean and precise silicone application and professional finishing . Experience taking measurements and working with installation drawings and specifications. Ability to lead and supervise an installation team while also working hands-on. Experience using glass handling equipment, suction cups, power tools, and glazing tools. Ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally for projects.
