Duties Assist or direct in the installation of windows, glass panels, doors, and related fixtures according to construction plans and technical drawings Handle glass materials carefully during fabrication, transportation, and installation to ensure safety and quality standards Use hand tools and power tools to accurately measure, cut, assemble, and secure window frames, drywall, trim, and metal studs Interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine precise measurements and installation requirements Perform heavy lifting of glass materials and other construction components safely while maintaining proper posture and technique Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and insulation of installed units Requirements experience in construction work, including window installation, carpentry, or remodeling projects Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for accurate implementation Familiarity with hand tools (such as saws, drills, levels) and power tools used in construction environments Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for quality control purposes Experience handling glass materials safely during installation or fabrication processes Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders or scaffolding, and work in various weather conditions Additional skills such as drywall work, caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing or handyman experience are advantageous If you're passionate about construction craftsmanship and eager to contribute your talents to exciting projects, we want to hear from you!
