We service Pensacola proper, Santa Rosa County, Okaloosa County and Miramar Beach in Walton County. This territory has been under the current owner for about a year. We are a small but good group to work with and growing. Our culture is important to us and we are looking for someone who wants to work with like minded people. Our lead installer and lead design consultant have 10 years of experience each and are a wealth of knowledge. Depending on your experience level, you will work with our current install team until you obtain the knowledge and experience to perform installs by yourself and/or with another person. As the final point of contact with our customers, your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience. While experience with window treatments is a plus, we're primarily looking for dependable, hardworking individuals—no prior experience required. Installation is straightforward but there are nuances to become proficient, and you'll mainly use basic battery-operated tools, with a drill/impact driver being the most common. We offer some flexibility in scheduling and are happy to discuss your availability. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, but weekend installation opportunities are available if desired. Benefits/Perks Get paid while you learn Climb the career ladder with our advancement opportunities Company vehicle provided (if you use your own vehicle, we offer toll assistance) Enjoy competitive pay and bonuses that value your hard work Work on your terms with flexible scheduling Bond with your team through fun activities Responsibilities Installation of all types of window treatments at residential and commercial job sites; products include but are not limited to blinds, shutters, shades, draperies, window film and motorized window treatments Coordinate with the office, sales team, and vendors to resolve any difficult installs or issues Repair broken or damaged products and work with manufacturers to resolve issues as necessary Canvass and participate in other lead generating programs Measure homes and businesses for window treatments Check in freight, label, and organize warehouse Qualifications Self-directed and able to work independently as well as with a team Friendly, courteous, and pleasant with all types of people Ability to learn and install new technology as introduced to the window covering and installation industry Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills Current and valid driver's license and insurance Punctual and dependable Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and can climb up and down ladders Nice to have Prior general carpentry/workmanship skills from any industry. Experience working as an in-home installer is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent completed education level desired.
