Job Description
TO Partners LLC is hiring a licensed mobile home installer who can also handle park handyman work. You will set homes under your license and keep occupied units and common areas working along with our team of 6. Must have Current Florida Mobile Home Installer license (FLHSMV / IH) Valid driver license and reliable transportation Able to work outdoors in heat, lift, and work under homes Own basic hand and power tools The work Install and set manufactured / mobile homes: blocking, leveling, anchors, straps, close-up, utility hookups as allowed by your license Pull or support county install permits and pass inspection Park maintenance: repairs, punch lists, appliance swaps, skirting, steps, small carpentry/plumbing/electrical within scope Travel between Ocala and Lake Wales (minimal) as needed Nice to have Experience setting single-wides and double-wides Trailer or truck that can haul blocks, pads, and anchors Spanish helpful, not required Pay / schedule $24/hour Full-time.
