Your Role With Us:

As an Installer, you'll be a key contributor to installation projects, ensuring each fixed and motorized screen and awning installation meets our high standards. Acting as the eyes and ears of the company on the job site, you'll ensure seamless installation and provide excellent customer service. This role offers growth opportunities within the company, as we continue to expand and elevate our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute the installation of screen enclosures, ensuring work aligns with company standards for precision, quality, and safety. Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and within scope. Ensure measurements and quality control checks are meticulously performed to deliver top-tier installations. Serve as an on-site contact for clients, handling questions, communicating progress, and collecting final payments. Delegate tasks effectively, mentoring less experienced crew members, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Success in this role will be measured by:

Installation Quality:

Accuracy of installations and adherence to quality standards.

Efficiency:

Ability to complete jobs on schedule without compromising quality.

Customer Satisfaction:

Client feedback and positive customer interactions.

Collaboration:

Effective communication and teamwork on-site.

What We're Looking For:

At least one year of screen or awning installation experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Skilled in both customer interaction and team coordination. Ability to work variable hours to complete jobs, averaging 40 hours per week by week-end. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions. Valid driver's license required. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
