• Orlando, FL American Shower Glass is looking for a reliable and hardworking Installer Helper to join our team in Orlando, FL.

This position involves assisting with the installation of custom shower glass, mirrors, and glass-related products at residential and commercial job sites, as well as supporting warehouse operations and material preparation. We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and interested in growing within the glass installation industry. Position Details Full-time position Payroll/W2 position Average of 40 hours per week Estimated annual compensation: approximately $43,000

• $46,000 per year, depending on hours worked and overtime opportunities Responsibilities Assist lead installers with shower glass, mirrors, and glass enclosure installations Safely transport, load, unload, and handle heavy glass panels and materials Prepare installation materials, hardware, and tools before scheduled jobs Support warehouse organization, inventory handling, and workspace cleanliness Assist with measurements, carrying materials, job site setup, and cleanup Ensure all materials are protected and handled carefully to avoid damage Follow company installation procedures and safety standards at all times Maintain professionalism and respectful communication at customer job sites Support the installation and operations teams with daily tasks as needed Requirements Valid Driver's License required Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to work both in the warehouse and at customer job sites Previous experience in construction, glass installation, warehouse work, or a related field is a plus, but not required This position includes both warehouse work and field work throughout the Orlando area.
