Qualifications 3-5 years of recent experience as a Trim Carpenter or Window Installer. Experience working in high-end custom residential construction preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional work. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Trim Carpenter Responsibilities Install baseboards, crown molding, door and window casing, shiplap, T&G, and other finish trim. Read measurements accurately and complete clean, precise installations. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Window Installer Responsibilities Install residential windows and exterior doors according to manufacturer specifications. Ensure proper leveling, fastening, flashing, sealing, and weatherproofing. Complete installations that meet our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements Reliable transportation. Basic hand tools. Ability to pass a background check. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
