Universal Tint Pros is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented PPF Installer to join our team. Previous PPF installation experience is strongly preferred. We install a variety of premium paint protection films, including: Clear PPF STEALTH/satin-finish PPF Color PPF Partial- and full-front packages Full-vehicle installations Custom coverage and specialty applications Responsibilities include preparing vehicle surfaces, installing pre-cut and bulk film, finishing edges and detailed areas cleanly, inspecting completed work, and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout every project. The ideal candidate must be dependable, patient, precise, and comfortable working on high-end vehicles. We're looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills who can calmly work through difficult installations, adjust techniques when necessary, and find solutions without sacrificing quality. Integrity is essential. You must be honest about mistakes, take accountability for your work, and treat every customer's vehicle with care and respect. Because PPF projects can vary, this position also requires a willingness to perform automotive window tint installations during breaks between projects. Window tint experience is preferred, but additional training may be available for the right candidate. Pay will be based on experience, installation quality, speed, and overall skill level. A portfolio, photographs of previous work, or a live installation demonstration may be requested during the hiring process.
