Job Overview Join our team as a Professional Window Treatment Installer, where your expertise will transform spaces with precision and care from Pensacola to Destin, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of window treatments—including blinds, shades, shutters, drapes, and custom coverings—ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help create beautiful, functional environments for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with clients and team members, and showcase your craftsmanship. We are looking for quality workmanship, reliability, and someone who takes pride in their work. Responsibilities Install a wide range of window treatments such as blinds, shades, shutters, and and drapes, both automated and not, with precision and care. Ability to accurately measure, level, and securely install window treatments. Professionally finish installations. Review measurements & installation specifications before beginning installation. Must provide your own installation tools, step stool, & ladder to safely complete installations efficiently on various types of homes & commercial buildings. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and ladders safely and effectively Minimum of 2 yrs professional experience installing shutters AND drapery required. Communicate effectively with clients by explain installation procedures and ensuring satisfaction. Strong knowledge of window treatment installation techniques. Protect the customers' homes and maintain a clean work area. Have reliable transportation. Area of coverage is Pensacola, FL to Destin, FL. •Pay rate varies per type of window treatment per installation, but there was no option to list this. The chosen pay shown is a ballpark amount. •A $100 flat rate trip fee is paid per job. Ability to work independently and manage installation appointments. Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. Identify & communicate any installation issues or concerns Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented. Complete jobs according to scheduled appointments. Able to pass a background check. Must have the ability to legally work as a 1099 Subcontractor in Florida.
