We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team as a Window Tint Installer. Previous tinting or automotive experience is not required. We will provide hands-on training for the right candidate. You'll learn how to: Prepare and clean vehicle windows properly Measure, cut, shrink, and install automotive window film Safely remove existing tint and adhesive Inspect finished work for quality and cleanliness Protect customers' vehicles throughout the installation process Maintain a clean, organized work area Complete installations efficiently while meeting our quality standards We're looking for someone who is patient, reliable, comfortable working with their hands, and takes pride in clean, precise work. You must be willing to learn, accept coaching, and pay close attention to detail. This position begins at a starting training pay rate while you learn the installation process. Pay will be reevaluated as your skills, quality, speed, and ability to work independently improve.
