Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Full Time Window Treatment Installer. Your energy, precision, and attention to detail will help transform spaces and enhance our clients' environments every day. Responsibilities Measure and interpret dimensional measurements accurately to ensure perfect fit for window treatments based on blueprint specifications and construction plans. Install a wide range of window coverings including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes using hand tools and power tools with precision. Follow technical drawings and construction plans meticulously to ensure proper placement and alignment of fixtures. Use ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows during installation processes. Prepare work sites by removing existing fixtures or obstructions, ensuring a clean workspace for efficient installation. Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify adherence to specifications, safety standards, and customer expectations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on progress, and ensure complete satisfaction upon project completion. Maintain all necessary tools, equipment, and materials in excellent condition for ongoing use. Cut Facias, Side Channles, and Tracks Assemble Roller Shades Motor installations Experience Prior experience in construction management, remodeling, or building material installation is highly desirable. Familiarity with electrical work, plastering, and caulking, is beneficial for versatile project support. Demonstrated competence in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, ladders, and other construction equipment safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills are essential for engaging positively with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols ensures smooth project execution from start to finish.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
