Job Description

Job Overview Position:
Independent Subcontractor (Installer)
Service Area:
Central Florida (Lady Lake, Orlando metro, and surrounding counties)
Compensation:
Paid per Square Foot (SF), Linear Foot (LF), and per Piece (depending on the product installed)
Pay Frequency:
Weekly Direct Deposit (Paid every week for work completed the prior week)
Job Type:
Contract / Independent Contractor [1, 2]
Scope of Work Custom Closets:
Install custom laminate and wire shelving storage systems.\
Glass Enclosures:
Measure and install custom glass shower enclosures (framed and frameless).
Hardware & Accessories:
Install bath hardware, mirrors, and related accessories.
Logistics:
Securely transport materials to various job sites across the Central Florida service region.
Mandatory Requirements Vehicle:
Must provide your own reliable vehicle capable of safely hauling large glass panels and long wire shelving/closet materials (e.g., truck with rack, van, or trailer).
Tools:
Must provide all your own professional-grade tools (laser level, hammer drill, glass cups, standard hand tools, and safety gear).
Business Credentials:
Must operate as a registered independent business with a valid EIN/LLC.
Insurance:
Active General Liability insurance and Workers' Compensation (or a valid Florida workers' comp exemption).
Experience:
Proven experience in glass installation, finish carpentry, or closet build-outs.
Pay:
$10.00 - $1,000.00 per day
