PPF / Window Tint Installer Sharkey's Detailing & Tint is looking for a skilled and motivated PPF / Window Tint Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for professionally installing paint protection film and/or window tint while delivering a high level of quality, efficiency, and customer service. We also expect you to do ceramic coatings/paint corrections when needed, no experience for that is required. We will train you. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works well independently, and wants to continue developing their skills in the automotive styling industry. Experience in both PPF and window tint is preferred, but only experience in at least one skill is required Duties & Responsibilities Professionally install PPF and/or automotive window tint Complete installations efficiently while maintaining Sharkey's quality standards Properly prepare vehicles and work areas before installation Operate plotters, cutting software, and other installation equipment Accurately measure, cut, stretch, position, and install film Inspect completed work and correct any issues before vehicle delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Make recommendations based on customer needs when appropriate Educate customers on film options, benefits, and care Assist with other shop projects and services when needed Work as part of a team to ensure the overall success of the shop Take ownership of your work and consistently look for ways to improve Qualifications Previous experience installing PPF, window tint, or both Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and accountable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to learn new techniques, products, and equipment quickly Good communication and customer service skills Ability to safely work with tools and automotive equipment Willingness to continue developing skills in PPF, tint, ceramic coatings, and other automotive styling services Why Work at Sharkey's?
