What You'll Do Install custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision and care Work in a two-person team to complete installations on-site Engage respectfully with customers to explain the installation and answer questions Use a variety of tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes Safely lift and maneuver glass panels (up to 100 lbs) Apply caulking and ensure watertight, seamless finishes Maintain a clean and protected work area in customer homes Follow company safety and quality standards on every job What Makes You a Great Fit Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to add/subtract fractions and use a tape measure accurately Background in carpentry, tile, drywall, remodeling, plumbing, or general handyman work is a plus Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods Team-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and detail Willing to follow directions, ask questions, and continuously improve Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more trades: carpentry, tile, drywall, or plumbing Understanding of construction finishing or remodeling Familiarity with levels, caulking techniques, and power tools Previous experience working in residential job sites or customer-facing roles What's In It for You Weekly pay with skill-based progression opportunities $18-$30/hour (skill-based pay program).
