Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install glass to specifications Install glass in windows, doors, storefronts (SF), curtain walls, railings, and other commercial systems Fit, secure, and seal glass into frames or supports Repair broken glass and replace defective seals Inspect frames and surrounding structures for damage or wear Apply glazing compounds and sealants to ensure proper installation Apply protective coatings to finished glass products Visit multiple job sites to ensure field work is being performed correctly Follow safety standards and installation instructions at all times Requirements MUST have commercial glazing experience to be considered Proven experience as a Journeyman Glazier Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work in a variety of job-site environments
