This includes but not limited to loading/unloading trucks, understanding the paperwork, listening to the lead instructions and installing case goods and/or systems . Main Duties Prior to arriving at the job site: o Review paperwork with Lead Installer to understand the scope of the project. o Meet with the lead installer to receive your assignment for the truck. o Double check all product that is being placed in the truck o This is to make sure the product is all accounted for. o Make sure all products are secured in the truck.

At the job site:

o Review the scope of the job with the lead installer o Ask the Lead installer for your assignment o Communicate any issues with the Lead Installer o Ongoing quality inspections Once the job is completed (At the Job site) o Inspect every station, including but not limited too: o Lateral Files o Peds o Overhead Bins o Locks and KEYS o If the lead installer is available, walk through with lead installer o Loadout any trash, product or equipment. Once the job is completed (At ROF) o Your team is responsible for your assigned vehicle o

THROW AWAY

any trash in the cab or back of the truck o Tag any product that comes back to ROF and alert the proper Lead Production or As Is staff o Take out all equipment o Make sure the back of the truck is either against the wall or has a lock on it. o Windows need to be rolled up o Doors need to be

LOCKED REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record. Minimum 2 years of experience in office furniture installation or a related installation environment. Must be willing and able to travel long distances to job sites as required by project needs. Ability to follow direction from the Lead Installer and Installation Manager. Ability to read and understand installation paperwork, drawings, and instructions. Required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including but not limited to safety shoes, high-visibility apparel, gloves, and eye protection, as applicable. Ability to work safely in warehouse and job site environments and follow all ROF safety policies and procedures. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and leadership. Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time for scheduled workdays and job site start times. Travel maybe required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to push, pull, bend, lift, and perform other physical movements required to safely complete installation tasks. Ability to load and unload trucks and move product safely at job sites. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to use hands and arms to assemble, install, and adjust case goods and systems. Ability to climb ladders or step stools to install overhead components. Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools. Ability to work in warehouse and job site environments, including exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, and construction conditions. Ability to visually inspect product quality, read paperwork, and follow installation instructions. Ability to work extended hours, early start times, and overtime as required by project schedules.
