We are looking for an experienced and dependable Sunroom Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and can complete projects efficiently without cutting corners. Position Summary The Sunroom Installer will be responsible for installing aluminum sunroom systems, insulated roof panels, hurricane-impact windows and doors, and related components. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, understands how to read plans and measurements, and can produce clean, code-compliant work. This position may be filled as a lead installer role for a candidate who can manage projects and guide other crew members. Responsibilities Install aluminum-framed sunrooms, Florida rooms, and patio enclosure systems Install hurricane-impact windows and doors Install insulated roof panels, wall systems, flashing, trim, and sealants Accurately measure, cut, assemble, and secure aluminum components Read and follow project plans, engineering documents, and manufacturer specifications Maintain proper waterproofing and weather sealing Identify and report jobsite or installation issues before they become larger problems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Protect clients' homes and property throughout the installation Take and submit clear jobsite progress and completion photos Communicate professionally with project managers, homeowners, and other crew members Complete punch-list and warranty items promptly Follow Florida building-code requirements and company installation standards Qualifications Previous experience installing sunrooms, aluminum structures, windows, doors, patio enclosures, or similar products Strong knowledge of construction measurements and installation methods Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate cuts Understanding of waterproofing, flashing, caulking, and proper sealing methods Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license Reliable attendance and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Professional appearance and respectful behavior around clients Willingness to use company-required jobsite communication and photo applications Preferred Qualifications Experience with hurricane-impact windows and doors Experience with insulated aluminum roof systems Experience leading an installation crew Familiarity with Florida building codes and permitted construction OSHA or other construction safety training Bilingual English and Spanish is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry construction materials weighing up to approximately 75 pounds Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods Ability to work safely at elevated heights What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who rushes through installations or disappears when a correction is needed.
