Duties Measure and cut window tinting film accurately using manual glass cutting tools to ensure perfect fitment on diverse vehicle windows and glass surfaces Prepare vehicles and structures by cleaning surfaces thoroughly to guarantee optimal adhesion of tint films Install window tint films with attention to detail, ensuring smooth application without bubbles or imperfections Operate power tools safely during installation processes, including trimming, shaping, and fitting glass components Handle automotive glass materials carefully during replacement or repair projects, maintaining quality standards throughout the process Assist with auto glass replacement and repair tasks, including fitting new glass and ensuring proper sealing and alignment Perform vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, such as minor repairs or mechanical adjustments related to glass or tinting components Demonstrate excellent customer service by explaining procedures, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with finished work Experience Proven dealership experience or automotive service background preferred; familiarity with auto body repair is a plus Hands-on experience with automotive glass installation, repair, or replacement techniques Mechanical knowledge combined with experience handling hand tools and power tools safely Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) considerations during glass installation is advantageous Ability to perform manual glass cutting accurately and efficiently under supervision or independently Experience operating company vehicles for transportation to job sites safely and responsibly Strong understanding of auto estimating processes related to glass services and tinting projects Physical ability to lift heavy glass materials regularly while maintaining safety standards Prior experience in auto detailing or vehicle customization enhances your fit for this role Join us in delivering top-tier automotive solutions by combining your technical skills with exceptional customer care.
