THE JOB:

As an experienced window treatment installer we think it will take you a few weeks to come up to speed on our systems and products. After that you will be installing independently or working with our other installers making our customers' dreams come true. We expect you to overcommunicate with the other installers, sales and support teams. We also expect you to be self-motivated staying abreast of new product offerings and product upgrades.

WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS

We are looking for an installer with an installation vehicle to be used when working independently. We will provide any major tools needed to effectively install products. You will be responsible for personal tools. We will compensate for the use of your vehicle.

COMPENSATION

You have a choice. We have a 1099/contractor agreement if you prefer to work independently. We also have an employee program with hourly and bonus compensation. The employee program incudes paid holidays and

ALREADY LIVING IN OUR NEAR INSDIAN RIVER COUNTY YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE INSTALLING WINDOW TREATMENTS TO CONSUMERS AND BUSINESSES BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS MEASURE OVERHEAD WHILE ON A 8-FOOT LADDER PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE ACCEPTED BY OUR INSURENAC CARRIER. PREFERENCE GIVEN FOR

Experience with window coverings including drapery Fluent English with excellent writing skills Computer and tech skills (PC, iPad, etc.)
