Job Description

Help us expand our window division. Neal Roofing & Waterproofing is one of Florida's fastest-growing retail home-improvement companies, recently we launched a dedicated window and door division . This isn't a seat where you inherit a playbook — it's a chance to build one. We're looking for someone who knows the window trade cold, from the first in-home appointment to the final passed inspection, and wants to own the growth of a new business line backed by an established, well-capitalized company with the marketing, financing, and operational infrastructure already in place. You bring the trade expertise. We bring the leads, the brand, the back office, and the runway. Together we build something real. What you'll own Stand up the full sales-to-install process: lead handling, in-home consultative sales, quoting, financing, measuring, ordering, scheduling, installation, and warranty follow-up Recruit, train, and lead the sales team and installation crews (W-2 and/or vetted subcontractors) as the division scales Build and manage manufacturer and vendor relationships, and negotiate product and pricing Own product selection and ensure every job meets Florida Building Code, manufacturer specs, and product-approval (NOA/FL) requirements Manage permitting, inspections, and the project lifecycle from signed contract to completed, code-compliant install Hit sales, margin, and growth targets — you'll have real ownership of the division's numbers Partner with our marketing team to convert demand into booked appointments and closed jobs What you bring Full-cycle window and door experience — sale through install. You understand both sides of the trade and can speak credibly to a homeowner and to an installer. Hands-on knowledge of impact/hurricane-rated windows and doors and Florida installation standards (measuring, product approvals, install methods, permitting, and inspections) A track record in in-home / retail consultative sales and the ability to design and run a sales process, not just close deals Experience recruiting, training, and managing sales reps and/or installation crews Estimating and quoting ability with a real grasp of margin and job costing Strong project coordination — you keep jobs moving from contract to completion without dropping balls Self-starter mentality; comfortable building systems where none exist yet Bonus points Existing manufacturer relationships A current contractor's license, or the ability to qualify one Experience launching a new division, branch, or product line Financed/retail home-improvement sales experience CRM proficiency and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation & benefits $75,000 + commission/override on division sales + performance bonus (target earnings: $150k) Health benefits / PTO / vehicle or allowance / phone Pre-qualified leads and an established marketing engine — you're not cold-prospecting from zero Ground-floor leadership role with room to grow as the division does
