Responsibilities:

Drives and/or operates glass work trucks to/from/on jobsites. Glazing windows and vanity mirrors, installing window and patio screens, performing minor frame repair services up to complete window/patio replacements Surveying properties or worksites for single strength glass/ insulated glass repair/replacements Completes on the job training and performs general construction work (to include physical labor i.e. using hand tools, working off ladders, lifting materials on average up to 50lbs, etc.) under supervision of training staff Coordinates with property management on-site, sales account managers and the operations team to ensure successful completion of installations/repairs Performs other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

Prior experience with installation/repair/maintenance associated with glass work preferred Valid Driver's License required with 3-year driving history minimum Must be able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally Must be able to demonstrate ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State and Company regulations and policies Ability to withstand outdoor environment/conditions during all times of the year.
