Job Description :
Automotive Window Tint Installer to independently perform professional window tint installations in a dealership environment. This position requires someone who can consistently produce high-quality work with little to no supervision while maintaining dealership production standards. This is not an entry-level position. Previous professional automotive window tint installation experience is required. Required Qualifications (Hard Requirements) Minimum 2 years of professional automotive window tint installation experience Previous experience installing window tint in a dealership, automotive reconditioning center, or high-volume automotive shop Proficient using a computerized plotter/cutter system (XPEL DAP, Core, Film Cut, Graphtec, Roland, or similar) Able to independently measure, cut, heat shrink, and install film without supervision Experience installing ceramic and dyed automotive window film Able to consistently produce clean, contamination-free installations Strong understanding of film shrinking techniques and edge finishing Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to work independently while meeting daily production goals Required Qualifications (Hard Requirements) Minimum 2 years of professional automotive window tint installation experience Previous experience installing window tint in a dealership, automotive reconditioning center, or high-volume automotive shop Proficient using a computerized plotter/cutter system (XPEL DAP, Core, Film Cut, Graphtec, Roland, or similar) Able to independently measure, cut, heat shrink, and install film without supervision Experience installing ceramic and dyed automotive window film Able to consistently produce clean, contamination-free installations Strong understanding of film shrinking techniques and edge finishing Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to work independently while meeting daily production goals Preferred Qualifications Experience with XPEL, Llumar, SunTek, 3M, Avery, or STEK films Paint Protection Film (PPF) experience Vinyl wrap installation Automotive detailing experience Experience working in a dealership production environment
