Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Installer Helper and be a vital part of transforming spaces with precision and care! In this energetic role, you will assist experienced window installers in preparing, handling, and installing windows and related materials on construction sites. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will help ensure each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction, glass installation, and remodeling while working alongside skilled professionals committed to excellence. Responsibilities Support window installers by preparing work areas, including measuring, cutting, and organizing materials according to project specifications. Assist with the handling and transportation of windows, glass panels, frames, and related fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Help with the installation of windows, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, caulking, and trim carpentry to achieve a secure fit. Aid in the installation of fixtures such as doors, cabinets, and other remodeling components when required. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly, and supporting overall site safety. Requirements Prior construction site experience or hands-on work with hand tools, power tools, or carpentry is highly preferred. Familiarity with glass installation techniques and related fabrication or manufacturing processes is a plus. Physical strength for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods; comfort working at heights or in confined spaces. Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills; ability to follow instructions precisely. A proactive attitude with handyman experience or general construction knowledge will set you apart. Join us in creating beautiful spaces!
