Window Tint/Accessories Installer - Parker Toyota

Paint Protection & Window Tint Installer Are you ready to jumpstart your career with a locally owned automotive group in North Idaho? Parker Automotive is seeking a skilled Paint Protection & Window Tint Installer for our accessories building located in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Join our team and become the specialist responsible for installing Paint Protection (chip guard) and Window Tint on all dealership vehicles. This is a key role in ensuring our vehicles are in top condition for sale. We are open to discussing compensation and schedule flexibility for the right candidate, with starting pay around $18-22 per hour (DOE).

Job Responsibilities:

Install Paint Protection (chip guard) and Window Tint on all vehicles (new and used) according to manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards. Perform pre-installation preparation, including cleaning and inspecting vehicles to ensure best installation conditions. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure vehicles are ready for sale/pickup in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of work completed and communicate any concerns or suggestions to management.

Job Requirements:

Experience in automotive accessories or paint protection installation/window tinting is preferred. Strong attention to detail. Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Has strong time management skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality work. Valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record. We offer competitive pay and are open to discussing Full-time schedule options. Typical schedule is Tuesdays - Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm, but possibility of a 4-10 work week.
