Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tint films to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and privacy while ensuring optimal heat rejection and UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality results that exceed customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in automotive customization, vehicle maintenance, and glass installation within a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and inspecting for any damage prior to tinting application Measure and cut window tint films accurately to fit various vehicle makes and models Apply window tint film using specialized tools, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes with precise alignment Use power tools and hand tools to trim excess film and secure edges seamlessly Conduct quality checks on completed tint jobs, ensuring adherence to safety standards and customer specifications Assist with related automotive tasks such as auto glass installation, vehicle detailing, or minor body repairs as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper handling and disposal of materials and tools Skills Proven experience in window tinting, preferably within a dealership or automotive service environment Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and auto glass installation techniques Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, auto body repair, and general automotive repair processes Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software for accurate job completion Ability to lift heavy objects safely during the handling of large glass panels or vehicle parts Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship in vehicle customization tasks Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and auto body assembly processes Join us if you're passionate about automotive enhancement and eager to build a career in a lively, supportive environment where your skills make a real impact!
