The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automotive window tinting and a strong attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window films to vehicles while ensuring precision, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install automotive window tint films according to specifications and quality standards. Prepare vehicle surfaces properly prior to installation. Cut, shrink, and apply tint film with precision and minimal contamination. Inspect completed work to ensure a flawless finish. Communicate with customers regarding tint options and care instructions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in automotive window tinting preferred. Strong knowledge of tinting techniques (shrinking, cutting, edge finishing). Experience with ceramic films (XPEL or similar) is a plus. Ability to work independently and efficiently. High attention to detail and quality control. Valid driver's license required.
