DEMOLITION / PREPARATION

Remove and dispose of existing exterior wood siding. Remove existing siding fasteners and loose materials as needed. Expose and visually inspect existing wall sheathing. Homeowner reported no known water intrusion or soft areas around windows or doors prior to demolition. Perform normal minor preparation necessary for installation. Notify project management before proceeding if significant rot, damaged sheathing, structural damage, or concealed water damage is discovered. Install new weather-resistant underlayment over prepared exterior wall surfaces. Properly integrate underlayment around windows, doors, corners, and penetrations.

Important:

New wall insulation is not included. Underlayment/weather barrier is included.

PROSNAP SIDING INSTALLATION

Furnish and install new 28-gauge ProSnap hidden-fastener metal siding . Install panels vertically for the selected board-and-batten-style appearance.

Color:

Emerald / Dark Green . Maintain consistent panel spacing, alignment, and fastening. Install all required starter pieces, channels, termination pieces, corner trim, and standard siding accessories. Cut and fit siding neatly around: Windows Exterior doors Rooflines Deck areas Exterior penetrations Architectural features Flash and seal penetrations and transitions as required. Follow manufacturer installation requirements. The original siding scope includes tear-off, new siding, underlayment, and inspection/preparation of the existing wall/sheathing system.

WINDOW TRIM - 12 WINDOWS

There are 12 total windows to receive new exterior trim. Some are oversized/non-standard picture or crank-style windows, but they are included within the agreed 12-window count.

For each window:

Remove existing exterior trim as necessary. Preserve the existing window itself. Inspect immediately accessible perimeter conditions. Install new dark brown exterior trim . Integrate trim properly with the new siding and weather barrier. Flash/seal perimeter transitions as required. Provide a clean, consistent finished appearance. Do not replace the actual windows.
