Must know how to repair and install siding, windows, and gutters on older homes. This is a temporary position, but looking to bring reliable, skilled workers on for future flips on an ongoing basis. You will be working in collaboration with the project manager and construction lead. Responsibilities Repair and install siding (vinyl, aluminum, or fiber cement) and gutters/downspouts. Repair and installation of windows Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately Work safely at heights using ladders/scaffolding Keep job sites clean and organized Requirements Solid experience repairing and installing siding, windows, and gutters. Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Able to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation, valid driver's license Own basic tools a plus
