Start time is either 6:30am or 7:15am , working daily until the schedule is finished. Prior glass or carpentry experience is preferred but not required. What You'll Do Each day you will accurately measure, assemble, and install custom glass and products with a high level of detail and quality. Install shower doors, shelving, bath accessories, mirrors, and more every day Load and unload materials on the vehicle and at the job site multiple times daily, making sure you have everything needed to complete each job Measure all jobs requested per day with high attention to detail, legible handwriting, and solid tape measure knowledge Complete all service tasks each day Properly complete all daily paperwork, including signing material in and out, daily payroll reports, work order completion, and clock in/clock out times Maintain a clean work area and van Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, homeowners, builders, and fellow employees Schedule Two shifts available: 6:30am until the schedule is finished, or 7:15am until the schedule is finished Mandatory Saturdays when necessary Attendance policy enforced Requirements Skills Installation of products Ability to read a tape measure and a level Hand tool knowledge Math knowledge Reading, writing, and comprehension Ability to read blueprints Experience (Preferred, Not Required) Glass installation Glazing Finish carpentry Skilled measuring to the nearest 1/16th inch

Background and Screening MVR:

Up to 3 minor violations allowed in the past 3 years; 0 major violations in the past 3 years Criminal background: 0 felonies in the last 7 years; all others per management discretion Drug screen: Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen Personal Protective Equipment Installers provide their own work shoes per PPE requirements Shoes must be steel or composite toe with puncture resistant soles , in good working condition, and worn and tied from clock in to clock out each day 3R provides all other PPE as required Physical Requirements Installers must be able to meet the following physical demands for the duration of the work day and week. Ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs and ladders Bend, squat, twist, stand, kneel, and walk through the job site multiple times each day to access materials and complete tasks

Shower Doors:

Install, lift, maneuver, and transport material up to 90 pounds approximately up to 48" off the floor; maneuver shower doors and/or glass up to 60" in length

Shelving:

Lift and install up to 20 pounds overhead; maneuver shelving up to 120" in length

Bath Accessories:

Lift and install up to 10 pounds; use fine hand motor skills for installation

Mirrors:

Lift and install up to 60 pounds approximately up to 36" off the floor; maneuver mirrors up to 60" in length

Blinds:
