Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented vinyl replacement Window Installation crew to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vinyl replacement windows and hands-on experience with various installation techniques. As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for the accurate installation of windows, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. You must have general liability and workers comp insurance all of your tools and an enclosed trailer to transport windows and at least a 2 man crew. We are looking for a vinyl replacement window crews. 1099 pay Top pay and all materials are supplied. Duties Install windows according to specifications and manufacturer guidelines. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks. Perform caulking and sealing to ensure energy efficiency and weatherproofing. Conduct heavy lifting as required during the installation process. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Skills Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety practices on construction sites. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Previous experience in vinyl replacement windows is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
