This position involves installing:

Custom shades and hardware Motorized window treatments Exterior motorized screens and shutters The ideal candidate is: Mechanically inclined and good with tools A strong problem-solver Detail-oriented and professional in clients' homes Comfortable using ladders and working at heights Able to lift and handle heavy materials/equipment Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Experience in window treatments is not required, but experience with carpentry, installation, motorization, or low-voltage systems is a plus.
