Great. Still building your experience but mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools? We're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Service, repair, and maintain residential windows, doors, and siding Diagnose issues and determine the best solution for repairs Repair or replace vinyl windows, entry doors, siding, and related components Perform caulking, sealing, painting, and finishing work as needed Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service Document completed service and repair work Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle Drive a company vehicle to customer homes and job sites throughout the area Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional work environment What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working with hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to report to our Baton Rouge location daily Construction, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, masonry, window/door installation, or other home improvement experience is a plus No direct window experience? We will train the right candidate.
