Siding and Window Installer Flammard Solutions, LLC Metairie, LA Job Details Temporary | Contract $25 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Master Plumber Siding Ladder use Siding installation Journeyman Plumber Fixture installation Pipe installation Materials handling Window installation Full Job Description Experienced Vinyl Siding Installer— Duplex Rehab (Metairie) Rehabbing a two-unit duplex in Metairie and need an experienced vinyl siding installer. Approximately 2,515 sq ft total across both units, organized into defined sections and paid per section on completion. Scope of work Tear-off and disposal of existing siding Inspect and flag any sheathing rot or damage for the carpenter to repair before install (coordinate timing) House wrap / moisture barrier Install hardie board siding — J-channel, outside/inside corners, and trim Soffit and fascia work where included in the section scope Clean, weather-tight finish at all penetrations and transitions What you need to have Demonstrated hardie board siding installation experience — photos or addresses of recent jobs Your own tools, transportation, and ladders/scaffolding Certificate of insurance — general liability and workers' comp (or a valid comp exemption). This is elevated, ladder-heavy work, so the comp line matters Comfortable working from a defined section scope and coordinating with the carpenter on substrate repair before siding goes up Terms 1099 independent contractor; W-9 before first payment Priced per section — send me your number per elevation/unit or a bundled bid Paid on completion of each section To respond: reply with photos of recent siding jobs, your crew size, your insurance status, and your availability over the next 60-90 days.
