They are an organization that works across large, small, city, and suburban construction and delivers personal detail required by the home owner for a fully custom experience. Job Description Client Care Technician Provide exceptional client support during construction projects. Coordinate with the construction team to address client inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions. Assist in scheduling and managing project timelines to meet client expectations. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. The Successful Applicant A successful Client Care Tech should have: Experience with client support in a construction or property-related setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with construction processes and terminology. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
