We manage and renovate a large portfolio of residential properties throughout Western Massachusetts and are looking for someone who can confidently handle window removal, installation, flashing, sealing, trim, and finish work.

Requirements:

5+ years prior residential window installation experience required Ability to remove and install replacement windows independently Experience with flashing, insulation, sealing, and finish work General carpentry and construction knowledge Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Dependable, professional, and able to work efficiently as part of a team This is a full-time W-2 position with consistent work across our residential portfolio.
