Job Description
I.S.T. (Installer Support Technician) - Vehicle Wrap & Tint Shop We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Installer Support Technician (I.S.T.) to join our growing wrap and sign team. This is a hands-on position that supports every part of our operation—from preparing vehicles and assisting installers to maintaining the shop and helping keep projects on schedule. Responsibilities Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles for wrap installation. Assist installers with vehicle wraps, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, graphics, and sign installations. Perform quality control inspections before vehicles are delivered to customers. Operate plotters and production equipment to cut vinyl, window tint, paint protection film (PPF), and graphics. Weed, mask, and prepare graphics for installation. Assist with sign and wrap production and finishing. Track and organize inventory, materials, and supplies. Pick up and deliver materials as needed. Shuttle customers to and from home or work when necessary. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment. Support the team wherever needed to keep projects on schedule while maintaining our quality standards. Qualifications Some experience in the vehicle wrap, sign, graphics, window tint, or PPF industry is highly preferred. Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude. Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn. Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. Paid training.
