Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Glass Technician / Helper to join our glass company. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of projects involving glass installation. As a member of our crew, you will assist with the installation and handling of glass materials with precision and safety on every job project. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and looking to climb in position while working for our company. This position will start you as a glass helper with the outlook of training you to become a glass technician or estimator. Duties Assist with the installation of windows, mirrors, doors, fixtures, and glass panels Handle and transport glass materials safely using hand tools and power tools Perform dimensional measurements for quality control and ensuring precise fitting of glass components Use caulking and other finishing techniques Engage with clients professionally and respectfully Qualifications Handyman background preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Familiarity with general construction practices is a plus Experience with hand tools, power tools, measurement techniques, and glass materials is a plus Strong attention to detail for quality control during measurements and installations Teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
