HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
  • Installation and repair of shading solutions such as blinds, shades, projectors etc.
  • Staging of materials prior to installation
  • Operate and handle general carpentry tools, equipment, materials, and supplies
  • Perform routine maintenance on shading solutions
  • Track and account for all company issued tools
  • Adherence to internal guidelines for use of company issued credit cards
  • Proper, safe handling of tools and materials during the maintenance and/or installation process
  • Basic reading of building floorplans to determine accurate placement of window treatments
  • Participate in daily debrief of work completed on job sites
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Basic carpentry (Minimum of 1 year in construction, carpentry, installation, or other related experience)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in placement of material
  • English speaking and writing skills
  • Proficiency in knowledge and use of basic power tools such as drills and drivers
  • Must be able to lift/maneuver 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to climb up/down 20+ foot ladder
  • Ability to reach overhead and to crouch down frequently
  • Valid driver's license
OSHA 10, OSHA
30 and scissor lift driver certifications a plus
