Full Job Description Job Overview Join our talented team as a custom window treatment installer, where you will bring your installation expertise to residential and commercial spaces through expert window treatment installations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, valances and other custom treatments. You will be the key to transforming interiors by accurately measuring and installing window treatments that meet clients' needs and specifications. Your expertise will ensure high-quality craftsmanship while providing exceptional customer service throughout every project. Responsibilities Measure windows precisely to ensure perfect fit and alignment of window treatments Install custom window treatments such as blinds, shades, shutters as well as soft treatments (draperies, valances, etc.) Repair blinds on-site and in the workroom as needed Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to execute installations accurately according to design specifications Use hand tools and power tools to install a wide range of window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, and custom fabric treatments Conduct quality control measurements during installation to verify adherence to specifications and ensure durability Lift heavy materials safely during transportation and installation while following all safety protocols Collaborate with design team on projects to ensure the final product is installed successfully Requirements Proven experience in window treatment installation Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site during installations Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for traveling between job sites Join us if you're passionate about installing custom window treatments that help create beautiful results that enhance interior spaces!
