We now offer both in shop and mobile detailing and soon we will be offering window tint, paint protection film (PPF) and vinyl wrapping. We are looking for someone who can detail cars when needed but also install tint when we start receiving customers for window tint. We have someone that is trained in PPF installation but we are looking for an experienced window tint installer. Starting base pay rate will be $20+ per hour. This rate can be increased once we have had time to determine your skill level. We will be using a base pay plus commission system. Your pay will be calculated by both hourly pay and your commission rate based on a percentage of the jobs you do. Your weekly pay will be determined by the larger amount of either your hourly base pay or your commission rate per job. A candidate with automotive film installation experience and the proper skills working with people, both customers and employees can also be considered for the manager role once we have hired more employees this year. The manager will also receive bonuses in the form of monthly paid profit sharing when the business hits certain revenue and profit targets. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors, including washing, vacuuming, and polishing to achieve a showroom-quality finish Use buffing machines and techniques to restore vehicle paintwork and remove scratches or imperfections Apply window tinting films accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth, bubble-free finish Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention or repairs Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and supplies Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation between locations or customer drop-offs when necessary Provide friendly, professional customer service by explaining services performed and addressing any questions or concerns Skills Proven experience in film installation, car wash, detailing, or custodial roles with an emphasis on cleanliness and precision Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Knowledge of detailing techniques including buffing, polishing, cleaning, and window tinting applications Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and hand tools safely and effectively Basic driving skills with a valid driver's license; comfortable navigating various vehicle sizes and types Experience in window tint, ppf, vinyl wrapping demonstrating attention to detail and reliability Experience in janitorial or custodial work demonstrating attention to detail and reliability Willingness to learn new skills related to auto care and maintenance Use Urable (CRM) to manage billing and customer relations Embark on a career where your enthusiasm for vehicle care makes a real difference!
