Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our installation team as a Glass Installation Helper. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade from the ground up in a supportive, team-oriented environment. No prior glass experience is required — we will train the right person! What You Will Be Doing Assit lead installers with the installation of custom frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures Help transport, handle, and position glass panels safely at job sites Assist with measuring, drilling, and securing hardware components Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process Load and unload materials and equipment from the company vehicle Learn installation techniques and trade skills with the goal of advancing to a lead installer role What We Are Looking For •Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Comfortable working with hand and power tools Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Valid driver's license required Previous construction, labor, or trade experience is a plus but not required Pattitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Starting pay of $16.00- $20.00 /hour based on experience Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule On-the-job training — we invest in our team Opportunity for advancement to Lead Installer as skills develop Paid time off (PTO) after 90 days 6 paid holidays per year Health insurance contribution available Work alongside an experienced, supportive team in a family-owned business How to Apply If you are hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you!
