Diamond Shine is looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Christmas Light Installers & Window Cleaning Technicians . This is a hands-on, outdoor position where you'll work on a variety of tasks including: Installing professional holiday lighting on homes and businesses Window cleaning and gutter cleaning services Assisting with ladder work, roof work, and exterior cleaning projects If you enjoy working outside, being part of a fast-paced team, and take pride in doing quality work, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills and make excellent seasonal income. What We're Looking For Must be comfortable working at heights — this job involves climbing ladders and working on roofs daily Must be able to work in all weather conditions (cold, rain, snow, etc.) Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, hardworking, and punctual Previous experience with construction, roofing, landscaping, window cleaning, or holiday lighting is a plus , but not required (we will train the right person) Job Details Seasonal position : Starts immediately and runs through mid-December Full-time hours available (Monday - Friday schedule during peak season, potential weekend work) Opportunity for year-round work for top performers
